All items found in our online store are in stock and ready to ship to you. When an item is completely out of stock, the item will be removed from our online store.
We accept PayPal. That means all major credit cards are accepted for payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
There is no sales tax charged for all orders outside of North Carolina. If you are a resident of the state of North Carolina, your order will be subject to 6.75% North Carolina State sales tax.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS ground.  Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs cost. It is your responsibility to verify the customs and duty charges and procedures in your country before placing your order.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse to pay charges levied by your country, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges. All International Sales are Final Sale.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped . We aim for 100% satisfaction with every purchase from LilloBella.com.  Domestic purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.  A Return Authorization (RA)  is required for all returns.  RA are only issued via email for record keeping purposes.  (No Exceptions)  ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO ALTERATIONS, ODORS ( SWEAT, PERFUME, SMOKE, PETS, ETC.), and tags must be attached and free of defects.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
All items marked Clearance are final sale and non-refundable.  Items returned must have original box, tags intact and must be unworn.  If you receive an item that you believe to be defective, please email us immediately for a Return Authorization.
Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted 30 days after the date of your receipt.
Note: International orders, Clearance Items, Jewellry and artisan items are not returnable.

All refunds will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Standard Exchange—Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new item to you at no additional cost. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information.
Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Securely package the return merchandise and receipt in the original box or envelope, and send back to the above address. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package.
